Welcome to Princess Creative Productions. By accessing or using our services, website, or digital content, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. 
 

1. Services Provided

Princess Creative Productions ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") offers creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Drone videography and aerial footage

  • 3D rendering and design

  • Digital video production

  • Content editing and publishing
     

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete project information

  • Respond to project-related inquiries in a timely manner

  • Obtain and secure all necessary permissions for filming or rendering on private or public property

Clients are responsible for reviewing drafts and final deliverables within the timeframe provided.
 

3. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Princess Creative Productions remains the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients will own the content and use the final deliverables for agreed-upon purposes.


You may not:​

  • Claim ownership of any copyrighted material we produce

We reserve the right to showcase completed work for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


4. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the project agreement. A deposit may be required before project work begins. Late payments may incur fees and may delay delivery.

Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Bank transfer

  • Other agreed-upon payment platforms: ApplyPay, GooglePay, Venmo, or CashApp


5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel services with written notice. Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the work completed at the time of cancellation. Deposits are generally non-refundable.

In the event we must cancel a project (e.g., due to weather, airspace restrictions, or technical issues), we will reschedule or refund at our discretion.


6. Drone Operations Disclaimer

All drone flights are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations. Princess Creative Productions is FAA certified and takes necessary precautions to ensure safe and legal aerial operations. Flights may be rescheduled due to weather, safety, or regulatory constraints.


7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the final deliverables.


8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and only collect personal information necessary to complete your project or communicate with you. We do not sell or share client information without consent.
